There are two options open to individuals looking to start their accountancy career with Morris Crocker:
The training programme for graduates with an accountancy or finance-related degree is a minimum of three years.  During that time they will undertake workplace training whilst studying for their chartered or certified accountancy exams, equivalent to a level 7 qualification. Graduates without a related degree will be considered but should expect a longer training period of between four to five years depending on their exemptions.
Our apprenticeship scheme is open to those who have already achieved a minimum of 5 GCSEs, grade A - C including maths and English, and will have, or expect to have, 2 A Levels grade A  - C.  Apprentices  will study for the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) exams.  This typically takes two to three years to complete after which there can be the opportunity to study for the Chartered or Certified accountancy exams.
Experienced Professionals
We  also recruit  experienced accountants, bookkeepers, payroll administrators and support staff on an ad hoc basis
