We’ve made the process of moving to us as easy as possible.
Simply inform your current accountant you’re moving and authorise them to respond to our enquiries. We’ll organise the handover of your information to us. When we receive this we can start to advise you, it’s that easy.
In almost all cases the information we request will be readily available, so you shouldn’t be charged for this process.
What happens next?
Right from your initial free consultation with us, we aim to be clear in what we can provide and our charges. You’ll receive our proposal explaining how we can help solve your accountancy issues and a breakdown of costs so you understand what’s involved.
We offer several flexible payment options, eg monthly, quarterly or yearly depending on what suits you best.
On your acceptance, there are certain legal obligations we need to comply with for money laundering purposes and Companies House if you’re a limited company. Once these are in place we can get to work.
You’ll be allocated a member of our staff who will look after your financial affairs on a day-to-day basis and answer your questions. Your contact will also keep you informed of any regulatory changes and give advice as necessary.
You’ll also have the opportunity to transfer your bookkeeping system to the cloud with Xero or Quickbooks Online for a reduced monthly subscription.
