Accountants and Auditors for Housing Associations

The social housing market faces new challenges as we emerge from the pandemic. An uncertain economic climate, cost of living pressures on tenants and staff shortages make the sector particularly vulnerable. Those working within social housing need to make the best of every opportunity to maintain the financial stability of their organisation.

We are committed in providing best practice ideas and looking for opportunities to increase efficiencies. Our aim is for you to achieve the most successful outcome for your organisation, whilst ensuring all reporting requirements are met in a timely and correct manner.

What our clients say...

“Morris Crocker have been advising and supporting our housing association for a number of years.  They review our financial information including quarterly management accounts; budget variances; and attend board and audit meetings where appropriate.  A key part of their work is preparation of the annual audit file, including year-end adjustments and reconciliations. Morris Crocker provide a complete audit file to the auditors and liaise with them throughout the audit process to ensure a smooth audit.  We have always felt in very safe hands with their skilled and knowledgeable team."
