If you join as a trainee, you will receive fully-funded training and support and be encouraged to take your career further once qualified. Working as part of a team, your responsibilities could include preparing a company’s financial reports, auditing financial statements, or helping our clients with their unique accounting issues.
The work is interesting and varied and you will have the opportunity to assist our corporate businesses and private clients across a range of industries or in one of our specialist areas, such as healthcare or not-for-profit organisations.
You'll be working with the latest accounting technology. Our office systems are cloud-based and provide a creative and exciting way to produce accounts and real time information for our clients.

Graduates
The training programme for graduates with an accountancy or finance-related degree is a minimum of three years. During that time, they will undertake workplace training whilst studying for their Chartered or Certified accountancy exams, equivalent to a level 7 qualification. Graduates without a related degree will be considered but should expect a longer training period of between four to five years depending on their exemptions. A minimum degree level of 2.1 is required.
Apprenticeships - AAT
Our apprenticeship scheme is open to those who have already achieved a minimum of 5 GCSEs, 9-4/A*-C in English and maths, and will have, or expect to have, 2 A Levels grade A - C. Apprentices will study for the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) exams. This typically takes two to three years to complete after which there can be the opportunity to study for the Chartered (ACA) or Certified (ACCA) accountancy exams.
Non-accounting roles
As with any business our administrative team play an important role. If you have experience of working in a busy office or are studying for a business and admin qualification, or have previously worked for a professional services or accounting firm, then we would love to hear from you.
